After getting back quiz results from Critical Thinking Skills
I can only feel more stupid than ever.
This obviously has not been a good week for me.
What conclusion can you make out of this situation?
There are two person,
A and B
A studies a certain subject for at least 1 hour a day.
B doesn't study until 2 or 3 days before an exam arrives.
Because B is too caught up with other things such as student council.
and B decides to focus on other subjects.
Whereas
A focus almost entirely on that specific subject.
Who does better on that subject exam?
Apparently B does.
So either B is really smart.
Or A is bloody dumb.
And just in case you still haven't figured it out.
Your dear author of this blog and post here is A.
You don't need to know who B is.
Because B is more like a whole group of people.
I forsake my macroeconomics, calculus to study
English and Critical Thinking Skills.
you must be thinking,
WTF is he thinking? studying those two easy peesy subjects.
Well I'll tell you.
That I know what are my weaknesses.
and my weakness is that I have trouble memorizing words, sentences, definitions.
English and CTS requires that skill which I lack.
So I study and study and study and study.
I risk my calculus and macroeconomics.
I risk it all.
I've never even read a single page of calculus (except one exercise) until now.
All for the sake of English and CTS.
What do I get in return?
People who evidently don't put as much effort into these subjects compared to me.
Can still do much better than me.
Why?
How?
I don't know.
Obviously there must be something wrong with me.
Or EVERY OTHER PERSON IN HELP UNIVERSITY COLLEGE IS DAMN SMART.
