Today I decided to conduct a small experiment.
If you all know me, I sweat easily and probably quite excessively.
So I asked myself.
Do I lose weight after sweating a flood? ( say 2.5 hours of rough basketball )
Experiment was simple.
I went to play basketball and I wore clothes that absorb sweat very easily and effectively as well.
I played for over 2 hours non stop.
I was sweating so much even my pants was totally drenched
and trust me.
It did not feel dry "down there".
I immediatly went back to my room.
Had a quick change of clothes. ( dried myself too duh )
and went to weigh my wet clothes.
It was 1.4kg folks!
Ever dipped your clothes in water folks?
That's how it was!
I was amazed.
I approximately lost about 1 kg worth of sweat at that time.
did I lose 1 kg?
That's the problem.
I forgot to weigh myself. =.=
But what do you think?
Think I lost some weight today? xD
